The (not so) Small print
1; *Assuming up to one hour and within 5 miles of Wem Town Hall, inside normal working hours,
add 40p per mile over 5 miles, extra materials charged at reasonable cost, £15 per half hour after initial hour.
** Normal materials = tap washers, diaphragms, up to 2 meters of up to 22mm tube and 4 small fittings.
*** Surviving on State Pension / Benefits / Low income.
2; Not at present VAT Registered, so no extra to pay on quoted prices - Yet.
3; Cash or Electronic transfer only on completion of job.
4; On large jobs, you have the option of buying your own materials/fittings/sanitary ware, etc. or payment for materials 'up front'.
5; Not 'trading' - yet! I intend to go full time soon.
6; Plumbing can be a messy job at times. I will take every effort to take care of your home but there are occasions when something my get damaged or stained. if you want carpets or other things removed prior to my working then extra costs may be incurred. if you do not want the extra precautions taken then I will not be held responsible for any damage.
